Wedding bouquets - which flower should I choose?

I need help choosing a second flower for my bouquets. My main flower is a white oriental lily. I need to choose second flower to fill the gaps. I can't decide between a white lisianthus and a carnation. Help me choose.

I like the Lisianthus better. It has a more delicate look to it with that beautiful Lily. Carnations are pretty but I would def go with the other for your bouquet.
Reply:if u want my opinion then definitely not carnation, I will say lisianthus! u can even have more flowers in ur bouquet, i like the combination of oriental lilies, roses, orchids and ivy like the one in this pic http://www.flowerbar.com.au/images/wp/p1... or

http://www.flowerbar.com.au/images/wp/p1... (without the ivy) or http://www.flowerbar.com.au/images/wp/w0... ( this one is like u wanted, it's lilies and Lisianthus but with roses )

u can even have the lilies with dendrobium orchids like the one in this pic

i hope i helped :) good luck on ur wedding
Reply:I love carnations so much. They are pretty, inexpensive, fragrant, and last so long. With their full pom-pom shape, they will fill out the bouquet nicely.

Inexpensive doesn't mean "cheap". Certainly you can choose what you want but don't give up on carnations just because they are fairly common flowers.
Reply:Well they are very similar. If cost is not an issue and you are more concerned with details, I would go with the Lisianthus. However if you are on a budget the Carnations are inexpensive and are very similar to the Lisianthus.
Reply:Definitely Lizzie's. I had oriental Lillie's, purple Lizzie's and Singapore orchids in my bouquets and they looked absolutely stunning.
Reply:I love carnations! They actually happen to be one of my favorite flowers, right next to my number one, cherry blossoms! I love the very last carnations picture. The lisianthus looks pretty to...
Reply:Use wedding Bouquet Jewelry if you cant make up your mind:).
