Flower bouquet for recovery?

My friend will leave hospital this weekend.

It is a miracle because he was just about to finish his life...

I would like to send a flower to him.

What colour/kind of flower is suitable for this situation?
Flower bouquet for recovery?
An arrangement of nice bright colours, they are always cheerful. You can usually get a bouquet which is already in water and then you don't need to mess about with it too much. A lot less bother for somebody who has just recovered from a major illness.
Reply:Thanks voters. Report It

Reply:a planted flower, like peace Lily or a fern.
Reply:black
Reply:It is not bouqet which is important, more important are the expressed feelings of the well-wisher, in my opinion.
Reply:yellow sunflowers, yellow is the symbolism for friendship and sunflowers grow big and strong just like your friend did.
Reply:send daisys...nice and full of life and summertime.
Reply:Daisies are indeed a good choice, as are carnations; or roses, but in yellow or peach.
Reply:Yellow represents sunshine so anything yellow

Blue is good for a guy, bur not many blue flowers, you could mix with white

Reply:I'm sure he will appreciate anything! Go to the florist and pick something nice and bright. I love Gerberas, lovely colours, along with anything else. No Lillies though. As well as being for funerals, they stink!

Reply:Something bright, sunny, and spring-like. Daisies, carnations, sunflowers, a general spring bouquet are all acceptable.
