My passion flower bloomed once, now it won't do anything, any ideas for help?

I have a purple passion flower, and the first year, it vined great, had tons of flowers, and even a fruit, though it didn't flesh out. I took it inside for winter, where it vined everywhere, but no flowers, when I took it outside in spring, it vined only a little and no flowers. It has done this no flower thing for another year, last year. It is still alive, though a small vine of about 3ft., inside the house, as it is winter. What do I do to get it to thrive this summer? I believe it is an incarnata....

It might be start up plant which means that you must pinch up a piece and repot the plinch. my grandma would do this and next year beautiful flower. good luck!
Reply:Full sun is needed for flower and fruit production. It loves barnyard or poultry fertilizer. The mature vines can stand cold down to 28 degrees F (-2.22 C) They are short lived though, and must be replaced every eight years. It is best grown in a regeon that is frost free or in a greenhouse. It is meant to be an out door plant. They do not reach maturity until the fourth or fifth year.
Reply:You might have to prune it to encourage flowering and fruiting.
